David Debord is the speculative fiction pen name of author David Wood. In addition to his fantasy novels, he is the author of the bestselling Dane Maddock Adventures and several other series and stand-alone works. David is a member of International Thriller Writers, a second dan black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a long-suffering fan of the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Falcons. When not writing he hosts the Wood on Words podcast and cohosts the AuthorCast podcast. David and his family live in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
